We really enjoyed Athens and our guide, Vicky was especially knowledgeable and gave us wonderful insights of Greek history and prepared us for the Acropolis and the terrific museum. Highly recommended! We actually found Athens to be a wonderful city and enjoyed walking around and taking in the culture and everyday life. Our hotel was situated very well and the rooftop views amazing.

Santorini was as spectacular and breathtaking as we expected. Pictures simply do not do it justice. The Alta Mare was a great choice and we loved our little cave room with the outside jacuzzi and spent many hours just relaxing and sipping wine admiring our view.

George never overlooked any detail and made us feel at home and welcomed at all times. He arranged a sunset cruise which was one of the highlights of our trip.

The ship and crew were terrific, the beaches and waters excellent and the barbecue was first class. We made some very fast friends with a United Nations of people from China to Peru to Australia and New Zealand. We also enjoyed the beautiful restaurant at the Andronis and used the spa several times. The only downside for us was the amount of stairs to get to and from our room. When we go back, maybe we can find a room a little closer to the top, but I minor complaint when judging our overall satisfaction.

The high speed boat to Mykonos was fine and the Petasos was fantastic. We had a great room close to everything and enjoyed the pool area, spa and the many restaurants at the beach a short walk away. We had a great evening at one of the restaurants with Greek dancing that was a lot of fun. Even the Sofitel at the airport was very nice and they took great care of us. Talk about convenient to the airport!

All in all, a very enjoyable experience and very professionally handled by you and your team at Travelive.

At the Mykonos Grand we met other honeymooners or anniversary goers from around the world. The staff was kind and courteous and catered to our every need. From buffing our sunglasses, to the cold towels by the pool and fresh sorbet they really made you feel like a star. They even greeted us every morning asking us how we slept and made sure to make a point of saying that we should come back once our baby is born in October. I LOVED the hotel and to be honest, we only went into the town of Mykonos for a little while since we had everything we wanted right there at the hotel. The bus service that takes hotel customers from the hotel to the town was wonderful and we greatly appreciate this service. I do wish though that it ran in the afternoon in addition to the evening. Since I am pregnant, we were not going out partying it down at night so the bus schedule was sometimes not in line with our schedule and activities we wanted to partake in.

The Andronis was also incredible. We were awestruck by the bell boys ability to carry ALL of our luggage in one swoop down the cliff to our room. Our room was incredible and we really enjoyed the in-suite sauna. The breakfast was to die for and we thought we had literally died and gone to heaven. Once again the hotel staff went above and beyond and they even offered us a free dessert, app and a virgin drink for me on our last night. Absolutely incredible! I cannot say enough good things about these resorts and their staff. I could go on and on and would be happy to provide you with a formal review of each if you would like.

The Catamaran tour was an adventure of a lifetime. There was a total of 8 of us on the boat which was a very nice group. My husband had a BLAST. Unfortunately, I got seasick and spent the majority of the time underneath in the cabin trying not to throw up but I can’t say enough how kind the crew was. The captain and his crew brought me hot lemon water, gave me blankets, and even made me a special dinner that would be more agreeable to a upset tummy. They went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and not embarrassed and kept assuring me that me feeling icky was actually a good sign for the baby (which it is J). On the way back home from the catamaran tour I once again was not feeling well and needed to ask the transport driver to pull over. After getting violently sick- the driver and all of the passengers were so nice to me and really made an embarrassing situation feel that much better.

I cannot say enough how kind and courteous the Greek people are. I have never met more kind folk in my life. Our trip was so amazing and I would suggest Greece and Travelive to anyone who asks. We are indeed hoping to go back again one day and will be reaching out to you again to help with our travel coordination.

Our historic tour of Athens and the Acropolis was so interesting and awe inspiring. On Santorini island the volcano and hot springs tour was great, our wine tour even better. Getting to taste new wines from a different part of the world and learn about them was awesome. Not to mention, the tour guide was hilarious AND informative. In Reythymno, on Crete island we learned all about Greek mythology and the origins of the Minoan people. Fascinating!

He even knew that free time was the best thing for us on Mykonos. We wandered the city each day and then came back to our hotel to sit on the porch and watch the sun set each day. It was beautiful. All the hotels were very nice and conveniently located. The first hotel and the last hotel both had birthday treats for me! Working in hospitality myself, it's those little things that make events in life memorable.

One of the most noticeable things though, was the kindness of the Greek people. Everywhere we went, anyone was willing to help and very patient. That obviously goes for all the staff members who took care of us during our stay. I can't say enough about them! It felt like we were guests in their home. They are proud of their country and you can see it.

I don't usually like to travel to the same place twice, but this might be worth an encore. Thank you so much Nico!

In Santorini we did a wine tour. The guy was so much fun, very informative, and made for a great evening! We had a WONDERFUL time on the sunset cruise. The only thing is we didn't know you can jump in the water and swim. So I went in a dress and jeff in nice clothes. He was able to jump in with shorts on, I didn't. The hotel didn't mention it to use either, who knows! But it was SOOOO much fun, romantic, and beautiful sunset! Good food too! We went to one of the beaches in Santorini, wow it was hot! We rented a car and drove around, so much fun! We also went to the new Donkey Beer brewery! Oia was such a great spot, wow!

Our hotels were amazing! They all were so happy for us. The ''New Hotel" gave us treats and a bottle of wine. The room was perfect! The hotel in Mykonos, we think, gave us an upgrade. The bathroom was nearly bigger than my house! LoL The service was so nice and the view was amazing! In Oia the Andronis hotel was out of this world! They greeted us with champagne, they gave us such a nice room, they were SOOO helpful with ideas, getting us around, everything!!!! It was SO romantic! We had our own hot tub! The view was something I will always remember! The shops in Oia were great to walk around in at night. We ate dinner one night at a nice restaurant and watched the sunset.............I will never forget that!

All of our transfers were waiting for us. No delays, except for maybe the high-speed boat was a little late, but they said that's typical for those boats. It was a nice smooth ride!

I can't tell you how amazing the trip was!

Thank you again for all your work! I was a little nervous in the beginning, using a travel agency. I have always traveled using my own research (New Zealand, Thailand, around Europe, Alaska, Ecuador, etc), but the trip was perfect!

My husband and I are very pleased and impressed with everything. Acropolis Select was the perfect location for us in Athens since its only a few minutes' walk to almost all the attractions. The business class ferry accommodation from Mykonos to Santorini was a wonderful surprise. Mykonos Palace was wonderful as well, as it is only a few steps to the beach. It was getting better and better each location. Rocabella was amazing. Location was perfect, I didn't even want to leave at one point. The view of the sunset was outstanding. The staff at all the hotels were wonderful and we got a few freebies and even got upgraded in Sofitel in Athens. Thank you also for the list of recommendations you provided. We swam to almost all the beaches you mentioned in Mykonos. We had the best meal at Sunset Taverna in Ammoudi Bay and the sunset cruise was one of the highlights of our trip. It was indeed an experience of a lifetime. My husband even said he wants to go back every year (for someone who travels a lot and try not to go to the same place twice, that means so much).

Thank you again John and Travelive. I already recommended you to my friends who saw my pictures. WE will surely book with you again, hopefully Italy next. :)

Santorini was absolutely breathtaking. The photos just don't do it justice. You truly have to see it in person to appreciate it. Our private catamaran ride around Santorini was probably the highlight of our trip. The crew was so kind and attentive and the boat was great. We loved swimming in the hot springs and snorkeling in the crystal clear water.

Then Crete was the perfect way to end our vacation. Staying at the Blue Palace Resort and Spa was the perfect way to relax and pamper ourselves before heading home.

All of our transfers were seamless except for our ride from the Santorini port to our hotel. Our ride got a bit messed up and was therefore delayed a little while. This did not put a damper on our trip in any way. Other than that one small thing everything about our trip was fantastic.

We want to thank you and your whole team for helping us plan and put together this once in a lifetime experience. We will definitely use Travelive again for future vacations.

We loved Casa Vitae, and visited several beaches while there; Elefonisi was absolutely the best beach I have ever been to. The location of the hotel made it very easy to walk to a nice restaurant, and the girls were able to have some time on their own as well. We rented a car for 2 days, and took the bus to a local beach another. One thing we learned was that the buses won't stop at the bus stop unless you flag them down! :-)

In Santorini, we ended up renting a car for 2 days also, because we thought it would be easier to get around. We went to Oia to watch the sunset, and ate at Katina Taverna, where you can select a fish and they will cook it for you. We did that the first night before the car, so had to climb down over 200 steps, but it was an adventure, and well worth it! We also visited Perissa beach and Red beach, and enjoyed both.

In Mykonos, we rented ATV's for 2 days, because the girls had their heart set on trying that, and at the Rocabella in Santorini, the woman we spoke thought it would be safer to wait and rent them in Mykonos. We went to Paradise Beach one day, and the girls went to a concert there that night. We arranged for a taxi to drop them off and pick them up, since we didn't have phones, and felt most comfortable knowing they had transportation all set. We also went to Elea beach which was very nice, and found a great restaurant right in the middle of a neighborhood in Mykonos called Marco Polo.

Everywhere we went the food was just great, we all felt like we ate our way through Greece, thank goodness for the hills and stairs to help us work some of it off!

Faye, thank you again, this was the trip of a lifetime, and I am so pleased to have chosen you to help us plan it. There were so many different transfers and details that you had to coordinate and you did it all exceptionally well.

At the Andronis, Nadia really helped smooth over the initial confusion with the room. They were very accommodating and did compensate for the disruption of having to wait 4 hours for a room and then to move the next day again. Thank you for assisting there, the initial impression was not the best especially at a 5 star boutique hotel. I do think that if we had not vocalized our frustration, we would not have been offered what we did receive. No matter, the trip was great. The next time I would go back to Santorini and maybe Crete or Rhodes.

As you had heard, Claire massively upgraded us to an Island Luxury suite, and luxury it was. I'm finding it hard to put to words our complete satisfaction with The Blue Palace. The best I can do is return yet again.

Athens Gate was great as well. I would recommend suite 701 to everybody. The wrap around deck is superb. The restaurant on top was excellent in both view and cuisine. The Staff top notch. John, the doorman from Montreal, was a treat. The young waiter at breakfast was very good. Not only for the friendly service, but the first aid I received after I smashed my finger in the door, and bled all over the restaurant!

I think it will be our Athens home base in the future.

We've discussed the Sheraton, but I have to say Rhodes was very cool. Next time I think we'll stay in Lindos, or right in the old town.

Lastly, I'd like to mention Thassos, our transfer driver in Athens. He is remarkable at what he does. We asked if it were possible for him to be "Our" driver for all the Athens trips and he was able to oblige. He is I very knowledgeable and kind man.

All three hotels were impeccable! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating to our needs throughout our stay. The locations were spot on! The views from our rooms were stunning! All travel arrangements between airports, hotels and ferry boats were great; Especially, our driver in Athens who seemingly turned out to be our "personal driver" to and from Athens airport and Amalia Hotel during both trips to Athens. I'm not sure whether that was set up or just a coincidence but we were both very glad to see a familiar face because he was truly very kind and helpful in giving us wonderful travel advice.

We had a great and informative tour guide, Marianne, in Athens who took us on that walking city tour which was awesome! Going into the spectacular museum and seeing and learning the history of Athens, walking through the Acropolis, taking the metro and strolling through the markets and shops... AMAZING!

Then onto the unbelievable resort and spa in Mykonos! The entire resort was unreal! Being completely white in structures and furniture, it felt clean, calm and quite posh! The entire staff was so very friendly! Carmelita and I spent a day just relaxing by the pool and then headed to the spa for a wonderful massage! The food was very good at their restaurants but what blew us away was the view from our table while having our meals... breathtaking! We also spent another day on a great city & island tour and we were even brave enough to take the local bus ourselves in and out of the city/to and from our resort!

And when we thought that it couldn't get any better, we landed on the island of Santorini!!! WOW!!! The view from Rocabella Hotel was absolutely STUNNING!!! Because the Bollywood film production was staying there but leaving the day after our arrival, the room they initially put us in was a bit under our expectations. The receptionist told us afterward that she noticed it on our faces and so offered to move us the next day when the Bollywood peeps left. And sure enough, when we returned from our trip to the city the following day, it was to our pleasant surprise that the room they moved us into was unbelievable! The sea view was unreal! Again, the restaurant view of the sunset was so truly breathtaking!! This resort is exactly how I pictured Greece would be... white cube homes and clear blue water! It really was just like paradise!

So needless to say, it was a very sad day when we had to leave :( The Greek islands are like no place we have ever been or seen before in our lives! This trip was definitely one of our dreams come true and certainly one of the most memorable birthdays I have ever had in all of my...uhm...40...uhm...years! And Travelive, especially with your help, was such a huge part of it!

So again, we both cannot thank YOU enough for helping us experience an amazing dream come true!!! :)

I am quite certain that we will be in touch again for another big trip next year!!!

I think that our overall favorite experience was staying at Avli in Crete. Not only was the hotel, restaurant and town beautiful and picturesque, but the staff at Avli was so incredibly hospitable that they made us feel like we were long-time friends in town for a visit!

You truly helped us make this an experience one that we will never forget! We have already told many of our friends and family that they definitely need to go through you if/when they decide to travel to Greece!

This trip made us feel like someone was wiping our mouths for us. We felt so pampered and cared for in Athens and Santorini. And by the way, we were bumped up from Andronis Alta Mare to the Exclusive Boutique. As soon as we arrived, the staff welcomed us and gave us desert along with a bottle of white wine. They treated us with respect. Even when you showed me the itinerary, I looked at the reviews of the hotels you set us up in - - - - and all those reviews were stellar. In fact Adronis Luxury Hotel ranks the top of the list in Trip Advisor as the best place to stay in Santorini.

Again, we did not have to wait in line for anything. It seems that people gave us top priority and treated us with respect throughout the whole trip.

In the beginning, I was skeptical from booking online - - - however - - - Faye - - - - you added the human touch and an eye for details. Now all our friends and family are asking about this "Travelive".

The cruise ship was a very efficient way to get around and see many islands in a short time and embarking and disembarking in our preferred locations was simple and effective.

Our tour guide was beyond belief. She was kind, patient, and very informative but, most of all......she made the ruins come alive for us. Obviously, she is passionate about what she does. She was dramatic when she told us about the history of the Gods. We enjoyed having her for our personal guide. She told us about her favorite pastry shop. Boy was it good. You should use her as much as you can.Santorini was magnificent. The island was very dry but filled with a lot of history. We did many of the things you had on the list. We visited the Black Beach, the Red Beach, the Winery and took the local bus to Oia. Shopping there was fun and the food was great. Next time I'd love to stay on the hill. The Sphinx had the best food in Fira. Thanks for recommending that one. The Gyros were also good in Fira. They made me vegetarian gyros. Can you believe that? The El Greco Resort was beautiful and most of all the service was fantastic. The thing that got to us the most was the walking. We walked everyday from the resort up the hill to the town of Fira. The only negative thing about going between islands was having to go back to Athens before each new destination. We were not told that we were limited to a certain amount of kilos on Aegean Airlines. We ended up paying for a lot of overweight.

The Island of Rhodes was the best. We were greeted by Barbara shortly after our arrival at the Resort. She laid out a map of the island and told us what there was to do in Rhodes. We all thought that was a nice touch. We did not set anything up with her because we kept getting information from other guest in the hotel. We did a great deal of things on our own. It was very easy to get a taxi to take us around. We took a tour to Turkey. That was not what we thought it was going to be. Felt as if we took the ferry to go shopping at the mall....... The Old Town was great. We met some really special people there. We shopped 5 out of the 7 days there. We purchased LOTS of jewelry, household items, and gifts for our friends. OK. The best thing for us on Rhodes was the authentic Greek food. We found a place off the beaten path that came with many surprises. The food was so good that for days after I returned to the States, my taste buds could not be satisfied. LE Gourmet Restaurant. Ran by Maria and her husband. Wide selection of Greek food, courteous staff and great prices. We needed a wheel barrel to cart us away from the table every night. Maria and her daughter made us feel right at home. The thing that makes this restaurant so special was the way in which Maria would make the entire dining room interacts with one another. It was great. By the end of your meal you would know the people at the surrounding tables. There was lots of laughter in the place. Where there is good food you find happy people. The staff at the Sheraton recommended we try Le Gourmet. We went there for dinner every night we were on the island.

All of our accommodations were perfect---each of our hotel rooms had a balcony with an incredible view (one of our requests) and the staff at each hotel was very accommodating and eager to make everything perfect. I think we must of had the best room at each of the hotels--I can't imagine it being any better! At Hotel Europa (the one in Olympia) the owner was in the lobby when we arrived, he immediately recognized Takis and although a bus was checking in he (the owner) personally got our room key and we didn't have to wait. The front desk staff and daily housekeeping staff at Elounda Mare were exceptionally friendly and our "bungalow" was amazing--so amazing that we left the resort only once for about 3 hours! HAHA!! I could sit on that balcony forever--it is so peaceful and the view was like no other! We were very tired from the mainland tours so Crete was the perfect ending of the vacation-- perfect for doing nothing, just enjoying the quiet and the time away from our stressful jobs. The Athens airport hotel was awesome also---I know that sounds crazy, but we couldn't believe how quiet the rooms were.

I really believe October is the time to visit Greece---most of our photos have few people in the background and we didn't have to wait for anything anywhere! We are so glad that we decided to do the private tour instead of bus tours--we saw more of what we were interested in and didn't feel like we were wasting any of our precious vacation time. Thanks also to your office for changing our flight from Crete back to Athens (we got an earlier flight so we would have more time to sleep for our international flight the next morning). It was really nice to know that your office is "right there" in case we needed anything, but it was even more wonderful that we didn't need anything the entire 10 days---Not one thing would I have changed! Thanks to you, your office and all of your hotel affiliates for a perfect vacation!

Dan and I have been married for 34 years this weekend. We have never really travelled anywhere, except for 1 week in Cuba 12 years ago and short trips to Boston and New York. We have always put our children and family ahead of ourselves, and it is only now that we can really afford to travel. And what a wonderful way to start! It was the honeymoon we never had.

Santorini is the best destination for couples. We really fell in love with each other all over again. Our amazing view from our hotel, looking over the caldera, gave us no reason to leave our room. To top it all off, we charted a private yacht. I cannot say enough about the crew. They treated us like first-class.

I am so sad the trip is over, and I can’t wait to visit the Greek islands again one day, hopefully next time, with kids.
