DAY 1
Palermo
Welcome to Italy! After landing in Palermo Punta Raisi Airport, your private driver will be waiting to take you to your hotel of choice. Afternoon at leisure, perfect for a stroll along the baroque and ancient streets of Palermo.
DAY 2
Walking tour of Palermo
After breakfast, you will meet your guide and start your exploration of Palermo. Get a glimpse of the main monuments of this vibrant city and enjoy a private visit to the Palermo Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage site hosting the breathtaking Palatine Chapel. While our expert local guide tells you about the history of the city, enjoy the taste of products such as cannoli, arancini, and other world-famous Sicilian Street food.
DAY 3
Cooking class
Relax at your hotel, keep self-exploring the city, or opt for an exciting culinary adventure. Your guide will meet you at the hotel and take you to Kalsa, Palermo’s historical quarter, where you will experience a full market tour. Learn how to choose the best products and lose yourself in the aromas and the colors of the local delicacies. Once you complete your shopping spree at the market, your guide will take you to the venue where you will learn how to prepare a classic Sicilian dish using the fresh ingredients purchased earlier.
DAY 4
Amalfi Coast
Your driver will be waiting for you at the hotel to transfer you to Palermo Punta Raisi airport, where you will hop on a flight to Naples. Once in Naples, you will be greeted by a private driver and continue your journey to your hotel of choice on the Amalfi Coast. After check-in, take a stroll around and relax while enjoying the spectacular view over the Coast and the Tyrrhenian Sea.
DAY 5
Walking tour of Naples
This day is reserved for Naples, the largest city in Southern Italy. Often seen as chaotic, this ancient and historical metropolis is the birthplace of one of the world’s favorite dishes - pizza. Let our guide tell you the story behind the main historical landmarks and revel in the sights of the Gulf while tasting local products from authentic local food shops such as Con Mollica O Senza, the small bakery that became an international TikTok sensation.
DAY 6
Day at Leisure or Food and Shopping Tour
Relax at your hotel of choice, enjoy the sights of the Amalfi Coast while taking a stroll in the town center, or join a guide for an optional walking tour of Sorrento. Your driver (if needed) and guide will pick you up at the hotel and take you for a tour focused on the traditional food and artisan shops of this lovely town in the heart of the Gulf of Naples.
DAY 7
Florence
After breakfast, your driver will meet you at the hotel for a transfer to Naples Central Station where you will board a high-speed train to Florence. Upon arrival, a driver will be waiting to take you to your selected hotel. After check-in, relax or embark on a self-exploration of Florence, the cradle of the Italian Renaissance, and visit a rooftop bar for a classic aperitivo experience while admiring the ancient rooftops scattered around the city.
DAY 8
Tuscan Cooking Class
Get ready to learn the secrets of Tuscan cuisine by joining a traditional cooking class. Your hosts will teach you how to put together fresh local ingredients to create mouthwatering Tuscan dishes. While listening to the expert chef and working on your culinary creations, enjoy some local wine, and savor the flavors of your freshly prepared Italian feast.
DAY 9
Explore the Tuscan Countryside
No trip to Florence would be complete without exploring the Tuscan countryside. Choose between the Chianti and the Val d’Orcia regions, visit small, lovely towns such as San Gimignano, Montalcino, or Pienza, and get acquainted with the rich cheese and wine production by visiting an original cheese farm and a local winery.
DAY 10
Bologna
It’s time to say goodbye to Florence and head to Bologna, passing through picturesque Tuscan and Emilian regions during your private transfer. After check-in, afternoon at leisure.
DAY 11
The Culinary Riches of Emilia Romagna
Embark on a private day trip to Emilia Romagna, the great foodie region surrounding Bologna. Departure Day
Meet our representative at the hotel for a private boat and car transfer to Venice Marco Polo Airport, where you will take your flight back home.
