Granada – Granada and Albaicin Walking Tour

Enjoy a guided walking tour of Granada's most historic neighborhoods. Discover the city's rich history and its reputation as a melting pot of cultural influences, as you stroll through the charming streets with your spouse. See Granada Cathedral, a masterpiece of Spanish Renaissance and visit Alcaicería, the city's Moorish silk market that was restored after a 19th-century fire, before heading up to the neighborhood of Albaicin, a UNESCO World Heritage site. High up on a hill, adjacent to the Alhambra palace complex, is the Albaicin, famous for its incredible views over the Darro Valley and maze of narrow cobblestone streets.

Discover the city, on your free time, through the labyrinth streets and vibrant local culture of Granada, or take a guided tour of the Alhambra and Generalife, Granada's most famous monument and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The palace complex is thought to have originated as a fortress in the 9th century, and later expanded over the following centuries with opulent palaces, vast courtyards and lavish gardens. Your private guide will introduce you to the Alhambra's intriguing history, as well as tales and trivia about the Moorish Kings and sultans, who once considered it their home.
