The entire trip was perfectly orchestrated and could not have been better. The itinerary was balanced with just the right amount of site seeing and time to relax. Starting in Cairo for a few days followed by the Nile Cruise and returning to Cairo for a grand finale at Giza and Sakkara was fantastic.Even the days on the cruise were well balance between site seeing and cruising.
I would not have changed anything on our itinerary except for one small thing. Visiting the El Khalili Bazaar was a bit overwhelming on the first day. Otherwise everyday was unique and wonderful. Abu Simbel was our absolute favorite site and should not be missed!
All the people from the local company Sakkara Tours were great. Marcus and Andrew in Cairo were especially wonderful. Marcus was so attentive to every detail and made arrangements to accommodate our every desire. Andrew was very knowledgeable and although we had read about the things we would be seeing on our trip, he was able to supplement and provide invaluable information and a local perspective.
Many of our friends and family questioned our decision to visit Egypt at this time considering the events over the past year. We would like to express that we felt completely safe and plan to encourage everyone who has ever considered visiting Egypt to go.

We have just returned from our holidays that you put together for us and without a doubt it was the best holiday we have ever had. Every single thing went like clockwork. Every pick up was there at the airports and hotels, always on time. All our guides were fantastic, friendly and efficient and very knowledgeable.
Our Hotels were absolutely great. The Hilton upgraded us as did the Petasos Resort. We loved the Petasos, and what a great position it is in. So close to the beach and lots of restaurants. It was truly beautiful. The Rocabella was very unusual and we had the loft room The sunset from our room was unforgettable. We fell in love with Santorini along with another million people that were on the island.
Egypt was so interesting and we were picked up at the airport by the very efficient Sakkara Group Tours. Everything was there for us. Even to go to Alexandria we had the driver and a chaperone. Our guide was also very good. The JW Marriott was an amazing Hotel, and if I had to comment about anything negative it would be that it was a long way from the city, albeit close to the airport. In fact we didn't mind being away from the city, as it was more relaxing for us. The Hotel is Amazing.
Our Cruise on the Nile Goddess was also fantastic and we enjoyed everyday on it. We were very fortunate as we met some very nice people-1 couple from Sydney and 1 couple from Canada. We had our tours together and we certainly became friends by the end of the trip.
Again I would like to thank you for putting together such an efficient and wonderful holiday. It was a pleasure dealing with you and I will certainly recommend you to my friends.
