DAY 1
Athens
Welcome to Athens, the cradle of Western civilization. Athens is a vibrant city that’s at once ancient and modern, classic, and constantly evolving. From its rich historical heritage along with the landmark Acropolis to hip and trendy bars to high-end boutiques and multicultural cuisine, Athens has it all. You will be picked up from Athens International Airport by your private driver and transferred to your luxury hotel. Enjoy your afternoon and evening exploring the historic neighborhood of Plaka or enjoying a stroll along Dionysiou Aeropagitou, a pedestrianized street that is the longest walkway in Athens and is akin to walking along a living open-air museum. Ask your Travel Advisor for recommendations of their favorite restaurants, cafes, and entertainment.
DAY 2
Romantic Athens
Spend an idyllic afternoon in Athens, where you will head to the historic and traditional neighborhood of Plaka to a local jewelry workshop where you will have the opportunity to craft a uniquely designed piece of jewelry, your souvenir from your trip to Greece. Enjoy a stroll through the picturesque maze-like alleys of Plaka as you head to a restaurant for a lovely dinner overlooking the Acropolis.
DAY 3
Athens to Mykonos
Meet your driver in the lobby of your hotel to head to Athens Airport for your flight to Mykonos. An island that needs no introduction and whose reputation precedes it. Hip and happening, cosmopolitan and chic, explore the island’s numerous sandy beaches, its main town with its colorful houses in Little Venice and its iconic 16th century windmills, stone-paved alleys, and whitewashed houses. Meet your driver at Mykonos Airport to be transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the remainder of your day either soaking in the sun at your hotel’s pool or at one of the island’s numerous beaches. DAY 4
Tour of Mykonos with a Beach Stop
Nestled in the Aegean Sea, Mykonos captivates with its iconic white-washed architecture, winding alleys, and breathtaking beaches. Embark on a guided tour staring with your exploration of Mykonos charming main town. Stroll through its winding alleys, see the iconic 16th century windmills, and admire the colorful houses of Little Venice. Drive to picturesque locations, such as the traditional village of Ano Mera, learning about the island's history and customs and end your tour beachside, relaxing on your sunbed with a drink in hand as you soak in the sun and take in the unique views.
DAY 5
Day at Leisure
Enjoy your day at leisure soaking in the sun by your hotel’s pool or heading to any of the island’s picturesque beaches.
DAY 6
Cruise to the Untouched Islands of Koufonisia, Schinousa & Iraklia
Hop aboard your private boat to explore the hidden gems of the Cycladic Islands. You will start by heading to Koufonissia. These sets of islands offer stunning natural scenery, sites of archaeological importance and stunning beaches with turquoise waters. From Koufonisia, sail next to Schinousa, a small island that’s ideal for travelers seeking an authentic laid-back Greek island experience. Blessed with untouched, pristine beaches and a vast blue expanse of sea surroundings, the island is undoubtedly a synonym for serenity. Continue your journey by heading to Iraklia and learning all about its interesting legends and myths The island’s rocky terrain gives way to several marvelous sandy and pebble beaches for you to discover.
DAY 7
Mykonos to Santorini
Meet your driver in the lobby of your hotel to head to Mykonos Port for your ferry to Santorini. The picture-perfect, postcard image of Greece, Santorini offers one the quintessential Greek island experiences as it is home to some of Greece’s most iconic views, well-preserved villages with white-washed housed and blue-domed churches, distinct volcanic wine and great local products and cuisine, and unique volcanic beaches. Meet your driver at Santorini Port to be transferred to your hotel. Enjoy the remainder of your day either relaxing by your hotel’s pool or heading to the main town of Oia to take in the views and explore this scenic town. DAY 8
Aroma of Santorini
Discover the quintessential beauty and charm of Santorini that has made it the postcard image of Greece. Head to the traditional village of Megalochori, one of the few unspoiled traditional villages, which lies on a hill and has numerous maze-like alleys and traditional architecture, where you can experience how Santorini once was. You will get to visit a traditional winery there and learn all about the unique volcanic wine-making process before sampling an array of distinct volcanic wines. You will then head to the town of Firostefani, which offers amazing views of the caldera and where you’ll have a photo stop at the renowned little white church with the blue dome. From there, head to the world-famous town of Oia, one of the most photographed locations in Greece, known for its sunset views and iconic landscapes.
DAY 9
Day at Leisure
Enjoy your day at leisure soaking in the sun by your hotel’s pool or exploring any of the island’s unique volcanic beaches. Alternately you may also explore one of the island’s traditional, lesser-known villages or even opt to hop aboard a private boat to head to the stunning island of Anafi.
DAY 10
Cruise around the Scenic Caldera
Gain a unique perspective of Santorini aboard your cruise around the famous caldera. Sail past some of the best-known Santorini landmarks and beaches and experience the unique opportunity of sailing into the spectacular caldera. During your cruise, you will cruise past Aspronisi, the ancient lighthouse, Akrotiri, and the Indian Rock, and reach the famous Red and White Beaches, where you will have time for swimming and snorkeling. You will also get to enjoy a traditional meal cooked on board as you admire the unique views.
DAY 11
Santorini to Athens
After breakfast, meet your driver in the lobby of your hotel for your transfer to Santorini Airport to catch a morning flight to Athens for your departure flight.
