DAY 1
Sicily
Welcome to Sicily! Our driver will meet you at the arrival gate of Catania Fontarossa Airport or Palermo Punta Raisi Airport and transfer you to Taormina, the gem of eastern Sicily. After check-in, relax and discover the charms of this ancient town. Ask your Travelive specialist for their favorite restaurants and local spots.
DAY 2
Walking tour of Taormina
Embark on a walking tour of Taormina and learn more about the town’s fascinating history and traditions. Enjoy the sights of the Ancient Greek Theater (that you can optionally visit), the Municipal Park, and the dozens of noblemen’s villas scattered around this incredible destination. Once you complete the exploration of the center, meet your driver for a transfer to the pier, where you will board a fun boat excursion to Isola Bella (Beautiful Island in Italian). During the boat ride, take the opportunity to capture perfect photos for your social media pictures of the crystal-clear water and the rocky and green island.
DAY 3
Mt Etna with Wine Tasting
Today’s full-day experience is reserved for the majestic Mt. Etna, one of the largest volcanos in Europe. Bask in the views as you ride through the Sicilian countryside and once you reach the area of Mt. Etna, follow the lead of your expert guide to discover the secrets of this giant, and optionally take the cable car to reach the top of the volcano. After the guided tour, visit a winery built on the slopes of the mountain for a traditional Sicilian lunch accompanied by wine.
DAY 4
Modica, Scicli and Modica
Spend a day at leisure or opt for a day trip to the charming towns of Modica, Scicli, and Noto. In Modica, savor the tastes of unique chocolate varieties produced only in this area. In Scicli, learn the history of this ancient settlement that is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In Noto, enjoy taking pictures of the majestic cathedral and the baroque buildings that are scattered around town.
DAY 5
Sardinia
Your driver will take you to Catania Airport for your flight to Sardinia. You will land at Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport and be transferred to your hotel of choice in Northern Sardinia. Once on the island, spend an afternoon at leisure basking in the wild beauty of this destination.
DAY 6
Boat tour
Today, after meeting your driver at the hotel, you will drive to the closest pier and start a scenic boat ride towards an uninhabited island for the ultimate private experience at sea. Enjoy the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea and once on the island, let us pamper you with a private aperitivo experience. Enjoy the sandy beach and learn why Sardinia is one of the best destinations for those who love the beach and the sea.
DAY 7
Maddalena Archipelago National Park
Today you will discover another corner of paradise of Sardinia, known as Little Tahiti, one of the most beautiful coves in the Maddalena National Park. The hike to reach this hidden cove is moderate to somewhat strenuous, however once reach your destination you will be amazed by the clarity of the waters, the tranquility of the place, and the stunning panoramic view.
DAY 8
Day at Leisure or Tavolara National Park
Spend your last day in Sardinia relaxing at the hotel, self-exploring your surrounding area, or opt for a boat excursion to Tavolara National Park.
DAY 9
Amalfi Coast
After your transfer to the airport and arrival in Naples, a driver will meet you to take you to your hotel of choice on the Amalfi Coast.
DAY 10
Capri
Enjoy the luxury and the privacy of a private boat that will take you around Capri, the beautiful island that once was a private retreat of emperors and nobles. Swim in the crystal-clear waters, enjoy the sight of the majestic Faraglioni, and eventually dock on the island for some free time to explore on your own. Take a pleasant stroll through the shops and the restaurants in La Piazzetta or take the cable car up to Mt. Solaro to take the most beautiful pictures of the Mediterranean Sea. Optionally, you can request to be transferred to the boarding point for the Blue Grotto, so you can hop onto a wooden boat and row through this stunning cave.
DAY 11
Cooking class
Meet our partner chef in one of our venues of choice in Positano and learn the secrets of Campanian cuisine during this traditional cooking class. Follow his expert lead and learn how to make mouthwatering dishes, which you will have a chance to taste after the cooking process is complete.
DAY 12
Day at leisure or a tour of Sorento
You can either decide to spend this day relaxing in your hotel, or you can opt for a day trip to Sorento. This enchanting little town in the Gulf of Naples has been the inspiration of many painters, singers, and writers. While there, an expert local guide will lead you to the best food and craft shops, where you can buy local products and taste amazing traditional food.
DAY 13
Departure day
A driver will be waiting at the hotel to take you to Naples Capodichino Airport, where you will board your flight back home.
