DAY 1
Tangier
Welcome to the coastal city of Tangier. Upon your arrival, you will meet your guide and you will be transferred to your hotel.
DAY 2
Tangier
After breakfast, you will explore the historic Alcazaba, a fortress dating back centuries. You will visit the vibrant Zoco Chico, the focal point of the city where local merchants offer an array of goods to browse through. The day will continue with a visit to the Grottoes of Hercules, a natural wonder with unique geological formations, where the legend has it that the semi-god Greek hero Hercules rested before starting one of the 12 labors. In the evening you will return to the hotel to enjoy some time at leisure.
DAY 3
Tangier - Chefchaouen - Fez
Today’s excursion will take you to the cultural depths of Morocco. You will start your day by visiting the city of Chefchaouen, famous for its picturesque, blue-washed houses and cobbled streets, located near the Rif Mountains. Your journey continues to the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis, an area rich in history that was once the capital of the Kingdom of Mauretania. You will arrive in Fez in the evening, where you will spend the night.
DAY 4
Fez
Discover the wonders of Fez, one of the four imperial capitals. Founded by Idriss II in the 9th century, Fez holds a strong essence of tradition in its everyday life. Visit iconic landmarks, including the Royal Palace gates, the Jewish quarter, and the fortress with panoramic views of the old city, Fez el Bali. Pass through the famous Bab el Jeloud gate and soak in the medieval atmosphere well-preserved in Fez's medina over the centuries. Enjoy the afternoon at your leisure, whether you want to self-explore the city further, browse the markets, or relax at a local restaurant savoring traditional flavors.
DAY 5
Fez - Rabat - Casablanca
After breakfast, you will head to Rabat, the proud capital of Morocco. Throughout today’s tour, you will explore prominent sites, like the impressive Mohamed V Mausoleum, the historic Tour Hassan, and the intriguing Oudaya ruins. The day will continue to Casablanca, where you'll discover the true architectural wonders. You will stroll the vibrant Habous Quartier, one of the oldest and most attractive neighborhoods in Casablanca, full of little traditional shops, and visit the astonishing Hassan II Mosque, the largest operating mosque in Africa.
DAY 6
Casablanca - Essaouira
Today you will embark on a scenic journey toward the charming town of Essaouira, a town with colorful markets and a picturesque port. Along the way, you will follow the Atlantic coast, passing through former Portuguese colonies like El Jadida and Safi. The coast of Essaouira is famous for its sandy beaches, the perfect backdrop for kitesurfing lovers due to the steady winds. You will have the chance to enjoy some time at leisure, wander around the narrow streets or stroll along the shore. If you find yourself craving local cuisine, Essaouira is a perfect place to get a taste of delicious seafood recipes at a local restaurant.
DAY 7
Essaouira - Marrakech
You will start your day with an in-depth exploration of Essaouira. Your first stop will be Essaouira's well-preserved medina, where history comes alive in its narrow streets. Discover the Skala de la Ville and enjoy its stunning sea views, immersing yourself in the town's relaxing atmosphere. Savor the flavors of the sea with a delightful lunch before you head back to Marrakech.
DAY 8
Marrakech
Today you will discover the cultural wonders of Marrakech. Start your day with a visit to the serene Menara Gardens, featuring a beautiful pavilion surrounded by olive trees. Next, you will get to explore the exterior of the Koutoubia Minaret, an iconic symbol of Marrakech and a sister to Giralda, the bell tower of Seville. Enter the enchanting old city and visit the stunning Bahia Palace. Once owned by a nobleman, Bahia Palace is an ode to traditional interior décor. Admire the beautiful mosaics, intricate marquetry, artistic design, and exquisite gardens, and let these images inspire you. Then you will return to the bustling Medina, with its colorful souks, and the vibrant Jama el Fnaa Square.
DAY 9
Marrakech
Today’s relaxing tour will take you to the lush Majorelle Gardens, an oasis of tranquility in the heart of Marrakech, and the Yves Saint Laurent Museum, a tribute to the renowned designer's work. On this special day you have the option to visit the Saadian Tombs and El Badi Palace, both steeped in history and grandeur, or relax as you spend your last night in Marrakech.
DAY 10
Marrakech - Departure
After your breakfast in Marrakech, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure.
