Bloomfield, NJ July 5, 2013 - Travelive, a leading luxury travel company with offices in the USA and Europe, announces the addition of Sonia Athan as Vice President of Sales and Business Development.
Within this role, Athan will spearhead Travelive's initiatives targeted towards travel agency partners in North and South America and also growing the Travelive product offering in Greece, Italy, Spain, France and more. Athan's proven background building agency relationships will help ensure Travelive continues to grow at a record pace, allowing the company to further its position within the marketplace as a truly unique luxury travel alternative. Athan has spent the last thirteen years as Account Director with luxury hotels and cruise lines such as Hotel Grande Bretagne, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Athens and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, building relationships with North & South American-based travel retailers. Most recently, she was Vice President of National Sales for Signature Travel Network, spearheading the recruitment program for both members and independent travel consultants in the U.S. and Canada.
Athan's appointment comes during another year of very good growth for the company.
